If you choose to eat organic, you make a conscious and ethical choice. You choose fair wages for the producers by responsible trade. You choose to preserve nature, to respect animals. You choose food without GMO’s, and you don’t choose to produce and consume more, more and always more. What’s more, excessive production does not help to feed people who have no access to the supply.
