Organic pizza contains only organic ingredients.

Origin of the pizza  At the beginning, the pizza was like a pancake or a flat-cake made with raised pastry cooked enough but tender at the same time. The border was raised like a big frame. In the 19th century, the Napolitans added: tomatoes, black olives and oregano, and pizza became a typically Napolitan dish.

Pizza Margherita  Its name comes from Princess Marguerite of Savoy. In 1885 she came to Naples and preferred pizza prepared with basil, tomato and mozzarella, without oregano, olive or anchovy. The color of this pizza was: green, red and white, like the Italian flag from the new reunified Italy, hence a patriotic pizza for a patriotic princess.

Espionage in the kitchen  There are many different methods for military espionage. From examining the privies to see how the soldiers feel before the battle to count how many pizza has been delivered. On January 16, 1991 we saw that 55 pizzas were delivered to the White House instead of the usual 5 and 101 in the Pentagon, instead of the usual 55. F. Tornello thinks that because so many pizzas had been delivered, we should think about the Americans working hard to plan the bombing of Baghdad.

Recipe 1 Individual pizzas  Prepare your pastry as usual or the ready-made pastry you’ve bought. Garniture : he doesn’t like olive oil, she doesn’t like tomato, this one is crazy about anchovy, she hates basil, you’re mad about mozzarella, but you’re the only one, everybody salivates in advance thinking about capers, except you! So instead of one big pizza why do not prepare many small pizzas, with different garnitures depending the taste of each because : « Each one to his own taste. » And the children will be very happy to play in the kitchen-orchestra.
